However, the demise of Madam Akua Donkor on 28/10/2024 and disqualification of new party presidential candidate by the Electoral Commission reduced the total number to twelve (12). Votes cast for her would be considered rejected votes and voters are being educated to make judicious use of their voting power on Special Voting Day and main Elections Day.
