Under the Old Covenant of the Law, God told the Prophet Jeremiah to write a book for himself concerning His messages to him and the Israelites (Jeremiah 30:2). In the New Covenant in Christ, the Apostle Paul with prophetic insight wrote to Timothy to bring his written books, parchments and letters to him quickly before the onset of the winter (2 Timothy 4:13). Yes God has designed that like the bible, Christian books will be here on earth to shape the lives, ministries, Church and destinies of people and nations long after your demise. Be wise.
Books are meant to be read, and to give knowledge and wisdom, direction and vision to people. Christian books written by the inspiration of the Holy Spirit are gospel truths with eternal goals, mission and vision. They are purposed driven by the Holy Spirit with prophetic insight and revelations. Do you know that the Holy Spirit led Jesus early in ministry to quote the messianic prophecy in the book of Isaiah in the Nazareth synagogue (Luke 4:16 – 21)? Not only this, but Jesus made many references in His messages saying: “It is written.” I tell you the truth that when you receive the word of God with a good heart, the Holy Spirit opens your mind to the gospel truths and revelations, and gives you understanding of them.
The bible says that the messianic ministry and righteous works of Jesus from age 30 to age 33 were so many that even the world itself would not be able to contain them if all of them were written (John 21:25). With the Holy Spirit, there is no limit to the works of God as a Believing Christian, Christian leader and Minister. Know also that your life is a book written by you and the chapters and pages show forth your obedience or disobedience to the eternal works of God in Christ by the Holy Spirit. Remember that the angels of God record all our earthly works in books which will be read to us in eternity (Revelations 20:12).
Above all make sure that your name is written in the Lamb’s book of life (Revelations 20:15, 21:27); for we shall be saved by the life of Jesus though we live in a corrupted world and society (Romans 5:10). Be wise buddy.
